I like these drinks and hope they are doing me some good. The picture on this advert suggests you receive two boxes. You don't, only the one. The most economical size to buy is the 100 pack.

Been using this for about 6 weeks and certainly feel like it helps to concentrate. I tried a week without, doing my normal routine and didn't seem as focused. There is no caffeine like effect but in my opinion has helped to keep going longer with better attention on work.Maybe a placebo maybe not - even if it is it still has a good deal of vitamins which I wouldn't be getting without it.The taste is unpleasant but mix with a bit of ribena and you don't even notice it!

Bitter!
I got this on the deal of the day and thought I'd gave them a try, I got them in a pack of 100, its 3 servings per drink and taste wise it is very bitter, don't buy this if you think want a delicious fruit drink alternative, at the moment it really is a chore to force down hopefully it will grow on me. I'm still waiting on that boost of mental and physical energy but I won't hold my breath. From the reviews and for the extortionate price I really expected more. I gave it 2 out of 5 instead of 1 star because delivery was fast, Cleary the post man wasn't drinking this.

Not a bitter disappointment.
I was quite taken with the ingredients, and keeping the logistics of keeping the office fridge stocked simple. Tap water plus sachets by the laptop. Sorted. Personally I like to drink two sachets at a time, but like many things in life, the effects are subtle and only effective if you pave the way for them. Use opening the sachet as a moment to calm down and focus. If you succeed in entering a calmer and semi-meditive state you'll notice the difference. If you stay stuck in (caffeine induced) work stress you won't.
