I am unexpectedly pleased with this case although only bought it because it was pretty much the only one available for this tablet. I didn't like anything on its description- the fact that it was not in a velvety material but hard plastic, and that pop-out rest. As it turned out, the case works extremely well, with none of my concerns materialised. It doesn't slip, the pop-out rest does its job very well and the case is sturdy. Can recommend after many months of use.

Great fit and great protection

Only 4 ⭐️'s as the only thing that let's this product down is the fact you have to pop it out of the case to connect the charger. The plastic casing stops the charger from making contact. The corner of the case just makes contact with the charging cable enough to stop it going in any further. You could take a hot knife to the edge of the plastic just enough to allow the charger to make contact or a metal nail file to file away the corner edge otherwise your going to have to pop it out of its case ever time you charge it unfortunately & i really dont want to do that every time if im honest. Apart from that its a great solid case, easy to use & a great colour.

I'll be honest, probably THE biggest drawback I see with the Lenovo Tab Plus is the lack of cases. You basically can choose from a couple silicone covers and a few folio covers. I tried the silicone cover first. It fit alright and looked good. But it was "flimsy" around the edges without any plastic support. I wasn't sure about a folio case because I didn't see a need for the cover flap. But I went ahead and ordered a couple, including this one. I compared them side-by-side even though I was a little put off by the other out of the box because it just looked cheap. It took less than a minute for me to decide which I was keeping. Spoiler alert, it was this one. This case just fits really well and looks good too. The cover closes and the edges line up perfectly with the bottom of the folio. And the magnets latch like they are supposed to. This was definitely not the case with the other folio. The texture is nice and gives the folio a good look overall. And it helps provide a good grip on the tablet too. I like the way they made a cutout for the built-in kickstand. Since the backing is plastic, it is sturdy around the edges unlike the silicone cover I tried. This makes it easier to pick up since you often grab it one-handed from one of the sides. Overall, it is a well made case and I would highly recommend it out of the three I tried, especially at the price point. ** 12/2025 UPDATE ** Unfortunately, I had an issue recently where the thin plastic around one of the magnets cracked and broke off. The magnet fell out too. So, the cover doesn't latch like it should. No idea why it did this. I never propped it bumped the case. And I actually take care of things. I guess I was just unlucky.
