Good for a very quick touch up. I have thick hair. Doesn’t heat up to 230 degres for more than five minutes before automatically switching off.

Bought this to help smooth my (already straight) hair out while on holiday as I couldn’t take my straighteners. It doesn’t really heat up as hot as I’d expected and although it works to smooth things out the results don’t last very long. Not as impressed as I hoped I’d be.

Used it for the first time today after charging overnight. I have straight fine shoulder length hair. Used aGHD straightener yesterday but was a little frizzy this morning. The brush sis NOTHING. Not even slightly smoother. Very disappointed as review are good. Could it be faulty?!

I wouldn't call it a straightener. It takes off a little bit of frizz but doesn't straighten the hair. Maybe will better work on thin hair, but not too great on long and thick hair. The battery doesn't last long, used it max for 5 minutes and needed charging again.

Didn't work AT ALL. Not even a tiny bit. Neither dried my hair effectively or straightened it in any way. ave your money.

It works equally as well as my corded one (at least for enough time to do my hair a few times over) and I can just pack it along with me for quick hair touch up as I go.It is super compact and I've found a nice semi rigid case for it. I just bring it pretty much everywhere because i am starting to become addicted to the silky smooth feeling I get in my hair (and without the straight, flat straightness I used to get with a straigthening iron) it is so much more natural looking.I usually spritz a little hair protectant before using since I have noticed that it actually makes my hair even smoother and shinier. Plus I don't want any heat damage if possible. I use it on the lowest setting to help with this too.Other than a dryer or dryer brush, I don't need any other devices anymore!Anyone out there need a whole box full of hair stylers?!! This brush looks nice and it works very well. Upon turning it on, it heated up quickly and was ready to use right away. On the lowest setting, I touched the recessed heating elements and they were hot to the touch, so don't do that, but they're recessed to keep you from touching them. The design is a little unlike a normal brush handle, and that's really the only thing I thought could be improved. Otherwise, it's stylish and easy to operate.
