Awful cup
Very very bad quality. The temperature never worked it’s giving 91 degrees celsius without water inside the cup. Just skip, don’t buy it

Thermal travel cup with carry strap
Not too happy as I've used the cup today and the carry strap has already broken would there be a possibility to send me out a new carry strap as I have a disability so the strap was really handy as I have trouble carry things while moving around my house thanks

Love This Coffee Cup
I absolutely love this. Made my coffee and 3 hrs later it was still at a very decent drinking temperature. I even ordered one for a friend.
