I had a spam in my neck muscles that lead to TMJ... I read about a cervical neck pillow possibly helping. Had no idea what they were and came to Amazon.Found this one and gave it a shot.It's comfortable, supportive, and the Flatter parts are great if you're a side sleeper and want to put your arm up by your head.It's helped with the neck pain and tmj issues.Only downside is I wish it had a fitted cover in color options- similar to a pillow case.The cover on it is good, but similar to a pillow protector.

Prior to this pillow, I was having neck and back pain. I had been hearing a lot about these types of pillows and how they were recommended for those issues. I’ve had this pillow for a month and a half and can say my neck pain is gone. I had assumed my old pillows were the cause of the pain so this pillow was my first attempt to resolving the pain. I didn’t think it would work but I can say I sleep much better and no longer wake up in pain. The pillow fits in my queen size pillow case and is comfortable. I struggled alittle to figure out how to use it as I sleep on my side and stomach. I do wish it was a bit bigger but I’m also not sure if that would be better for me. Overall I give it a 4/5!
