I purchased this product as a more cost effective alternative to what I have seen all over the internet. I wanted to just give it a try and I was pleasantly pleased. I noticed a difference after the second dose. I will keep this in my vitamin rotation.

I used to use the slippery elm powder that you mix with water. Because it was messy and inconvenient, I didn't take it on a regular basis. I was hesitant to switch to the pills because I thought that it would work better when mixed directly with water. I am sooo glad I finally gave these pills a chance. Because of the convenience of a pill vs. mixing with water, I take it consistently twice a day. I think this higher dose also did the trick. I was waking up every morning with anxiety that would last til noon or later, combined with an upset stomach. Since taking these pills twice a day, that no longer happens! Changed my life for sure. Very happy.

Having used the supplement as directed I found the resulting increase in natural lubrication to be pretty substantial- enough that I reduced my intake to every other day. Initially, I was taking on an empty stomach with a glass of water but experienced slight stomach upset so I now take with a meal. My fluid intake is average and I had no other side effects. I can’t believe it was this simple!

This work d great and wa stronger than other brands. I used this on my Rottweiler who had Parvo and it helps a lot with his tummy issues.
