The gun got over heated after 10th use & went up in smoke… raised ticket as warranty was still in use, but there isn’t any response from the team. Would have given good rating if support was available.

This product is very best to clean your car and bike in easy way,easy to use ,very effective, I am using for bike and car wash, very helpful for me , product quality very good and strong,very easy to install, this product is battery operated, chargeable battery, easy to charge battery and easy to install and use. Coming to battery health it’s very long lasting. And we can use different angles of water flow from gun so it’s easy to wash car in all the places. Also this can be used anywhere because it is cordless. It has ample pressure for car washes. Battery lasts for 2 cycles of Car wash. Best part is there is 1 year warranty unlike the many non-branded stuff being sold. Also I felt the pressure is much better than some local ones my neighbors were using. Go for it.Reducing 1 star for relatively low battery backup and no % or low battery indicator in battery. It would just slow down and work intermittently so you ll have to guess battery is low. could stop middle of your car wash. Wish they provide a second battery or atleast sell a battery.

Writing this review after 5 months of usage. The product is dead. Battery seems fine but the gun isn't working. Even during 5 months of bi-weekly usage, the battery used to last for 15 mins. Product Quality is sub-par, but the pressure is decent. Expected it to last atleast 1 or 2 years. No way to claim warranty. The customer care(longlifeindiaonline.com) is not picking call not responding to emails

The product is of satisfactory quality as far as material is concerned according to its cost. It came with two batteries of which one was not working- Neither getting charged nor connecting properly to machine.

Don't buy this product.i purchased 4 months back only i used 3 times only battery is working but sucking power of water in machine is dead claim and service is not over any where in city also so don't buy this go mechanic product and save your money guys...
