Stopped working after 2 weeks
Product stopped booting after 2 weeks of use. Customer service said it was a known issue. Unacceptable.

Defective Out Of Box
I purchased this thinking I would luck up and get a good refurbished item but I was wrong. The laptop heats up really bad when doing basic things like web browsing and watching videos. The keyboard randomly stops taking input so then I have to restart the computer. Lastly the fans are so loud and don’t stop spinning at high. When the laptop first turns on the are quiet but then as soon as I do something like watch a movie they turn on and don’t turn off until I restart. I even closed the lid thinking the fans would stop on their own but they didn’t. I had to restart. I spent all day reinstalling the operating system thinking that would fix it but it didn’t. I updated all the drivers and software and it did not resolve the issues. Im not wasting my money on this so I am going to return it. I just wanted to leave my initial thoughts just in case someone else plans to purchase.
