can't tell the differnece vs nos rca
Good harmonics on clean channel. Perhaps not as much as my NOS Mullard, but I can't tell the difference between these and NOS RCA. On crunch channel, I easily get Marshall sound. I should know, I have a couple vintage Marshall stacks to compare. On ultra channel, I get more distortion than the rock tunes need. Mind you, I'm not playing metal, I'm playing middle of the road rock. Here's the real plus, I don't get microphonics from this combo amp. I can't say that about the longer-plate Mullard and RCA. The amp is an old Peavey JSX 100 W. Combo. 2 x 12. It sounds good enough and loud enough at practice. I'm kinda thinking about gigging with it now that it gives me the sounds I wanted from Marshall. We'll see. Why did you pick this product vs others?

Good product
They ordered this tube to replace one that had failed in my 1972 Fender Bandmaster Reverb. The reverb was making a lot of noise, causing me to replace the tube. The amplifier is as good as new now. Thank you.
