This was a huge hit with the grand pups..one is constantly wanting to play. He just loves waiting for it to launch and then fetch it. The other pup isn't really as excited about it. Recommend, easy to use, not very loud, comes with plenty of perfect sized tennis balls. Very pleased with this purchase.

my dog lives for this thing. 100% recommend getting rubber balls as the tennis balls tend to some fabric stuck in the machine. the battery life is awesome and the product is quality. would recommend cleaning once a week with a kids wipe to prolong life

I was so excited to try this for my two large dogs (a French Mastiff and a Rottweiler), especially because they’re obsessed with balls. I loved the idea of having something fun for them to play with that didn’t require me to be fully involved every time.Unfortunately, I had to return it, not because the product isn’t good, but simply because it’s not made for big dogs. The balls are way too small and not safe for dogs of their size. However, I still want to give this item four stars because I really do think it’s a great product for small or medium-sized dogs.It’s simple, fun, and could keep a smaller pup entertained for a long time. The launcher doesn’t throw the balls too fast, which is actually a good thing for dogs who aren’t the quickest. If you have a small or medium dog and you’re looking for a cool way to keep them active, I think this is worth the try. Just not a match for my big fur babies.

They are perfect for my 10 pound dog. He loves them!! He especially loves to get them out of the sturdy bag they came in.It's another game besides fetch for him! I consider that a bonus as he's occupied without me!

I bought this for rainy days. My dog loves it. I received on that did not stay charged long. Reached out to the shipper and received a new one and it works great!

So far it works great. My dog is already getting the hang of it after a couple days. I use inside to keep my dog occupied and give her a little exercise while I'm at work. Which is the main reason why I bought it.I was hoping that it'd be something that she would be able to play with throughout the day while I was at work, however it automatically turns off after 30 minutes. It has up to a 5-hour battery life which obviously wouldn't cover my whole work day, but it's better than 0 hours of play time lol.I'm just really disappointed that it didn't say anywhere on the specs or description that it automatically shuts off after 30 minutes. Otherwise I probably would have just paid more money for one that I can remotely activate or doesn't automatically turn off.Functionality wise it does exactly what is supposed to do and I would give it five stars if it was just for taking out to the park to assist in throwing the ball. But only three because nowhere did it say before I purchased that it automatically turns off.
