I recommend this book as an engaging read for 8-12 year olds, though a broader range may be appropriate depending on interest. I loved how the book draws you in from the beginning and keeps you going throughout. Kids can easily connect with the characters. Glad I bought this book for my son.

Such a fun read! I particularly loved the relationship between Sean, Phoebe and their Dad. The middle school dynamics and cafeteria scenes are spot on- I feel like I could smell my own school cafeteria all over again! I think readers of any age would delight in this fun tale. My 3rd grader can’t wait to read it next!

Molly Shaffer has a way of capturing her readers right from the start. This book does not disappoint and is perfect for upper elementary and middle school kids. You will not be sorry you read this!
