Lovely taste no powder residue

Not so tasty
It’s too sweat and smells and tastes like artificial flavour. Before buying this product I ate optifast with chocolate and caramel flavours. They tasted so much better, they are more creamy and make you feel full more. Also they have soy ingredients which I know is not good for hypothyroidism.

Good flavour. Lost a stone last year on nupo shakes twice a day and one healthy meal. Im back for more post xmas

This item was not cheap and it came in a ripped open box with no consideration of the packaging !! Not happy with that so will buy elsewhere next time as it’s not good when u pay for a service !!
