Favorite toddler book!
Long time favorite of ours and has been a favorite to read to all six of our kids. Everyone loves all the different dog sounds! It is so fun to read and the kids want it over and over again. Huge win at our house!

This is a book that would probably make a great library book.
What I mean by that is that as a parent, it gets old. But only after the hundredth read or so. It seems like a book that you would want to check out from the library and read over and over and over for three weeks and then return it. But it was a good deal, so I'm not complaining. Sandra Boynton has a way with words and with rhythm that few other children's authors do. I love the lyrical nature of her work, and I'll always support her. Even if it's just checking out the book from the library.

Cute and fun book! Easy read for kids and fast read for adults
I got this for a friends baby shower; she has a lot of dogs so it’s perfect for her family! And it’s a cute and fun read!

Two year old still likes this book
Perfect for 8months plus. My now 2 yo still likes these books. We have several by Boynton. I got this because he loves puppies and this is such a fun read. Lots of barking lol. These board books are like 5”x5” and sturdy. He has ripped other books but not these. Just a fun counting barking dog book for little kids.

Highly entertaining
My babies are in love with this book. I enjoy reading it to them as much as they enjoy listening and looking at the pictures. Hours of entertainment without getting repetitive.

Adorable and appealing to little ones
Boynton's writing and illustrations make adults smile and little ones love her books. Truly uplifting ... my children remember me reading them to them and now we are reading them to their children. Very special.
