My 11 year old havanese has been on canidae since he was a pup. He’s now an 11 year old very healthy and peppy senior dog. Yes the breed is very sturdy and hearty but the food definitely helps. Recently switched him to senior to keep his weight in check and he switched just fine. No issues with the switch. Love canidae and highly recommend assuming your vet agrees.

This dog food had no smell to it. No flavor on it. And my dogs just wouldn’t eat it. But to be fair somebody else’s dog might like it

I was worried that since it was a new dog food for her she wouldn't like it- not the case, she loves it! It doesn't have a strong smell.

Have 12+ corgi shepherd mix starting to feel his age. He likes the taste and now has more energy, along with prescribed arthritis meds.

Great food for my 10 1/2 yr old GSD. The kibble is a nice size for a dog with health issues that include chewing.

We're among the sceptics of buying things online; the whole idea of buying something before you actually get to see it. This recent delivery reinforces our opinion. Am guessing it is directly the fault of the shipper. Some worker, knowing that there are no repercussions, packed a bag covered with some unavoidably noticeable sticky substance. Clearly visible and would stick to your hands or gloves. Just now sprayed with a couple different cleaners in the garage and the heavy stuff won't come off.If ever this pandemic subsides, we'll return to human style shopping.

Like the food for our dog. Like that there is no grain in it. Dog enjoys it very much
