A ball that is just the right size. I purchased this ball for shoulder work by rolling against the wall before pickleball. I inflated it just one time. The inflator is easy to use. Inflates quickly. Most importantly the ball retains the pressure -no leaking no need to reinflate. Price to value is very reasonable. Quality wise this ball is reliable and fills my exercise warm up needs. I think it will for you also

Easy to inflate

I got this little Pilates ball to do some exercises recommended by my physical therapist at home. This is my first yoga/Pilates ball, so I was surprised at how small the package was that it came in. The package contained the ball (deflated), two straws for inflating, three plugs, a plug puller, instruction manual, and pamphlet with exercises you can do with the ball. I also noticed later a simple 30-Day Exercise Challenge chart on the back of the box, which I thought was kind of creative. The ball held lots of creases and other marks from being folded up in the box that did not go away upon inflation, and I have not had it long enough to see if those creases go away over time. The description says that the ball can be inflated with just a few breaths and no pump is needed. This was partially true for me. I was able to get the ball inflated with the provided straws, but it took a lot more than a few breaths and was not easy. Full disclosure though, I do have some moderate breathing difficulties, so others may not have the same experience. The hard part comes once the ball is inflated. Unlike the valves on other inflatable balls I've come across, this ball does not have anything that will help prevent air leakage before the stopper is in place. You have to quickly pull out the straw and insert the plug before too much air escapes which proved tricky, for me anyway. Once you get past the hard part, I have found using this ball very much like the one I use I physical therapy. It is sturdy, easy to handle, seems durable, and provides exactly what I need for my at home therapy sessions. For anyone going through physical therapy or just looking for a nice ball for yoga for Pilates, I would highly recommend this ball.

I love the texture, feel and bright blue color of these two 9” blue exercise balls The ball does not slip out of place. It has a pleasant grippy feel, yet it is smooth to the touch. I can hold it in one hand.and does not slip out. The bright vibrant blue color adds a kick to the bedroom where I do my PT (The room has a beige bedspread and drapes with steaks of pastel colors . My larger (18” and 26”) exercise balls are bright pink and purple, yet the tone is similar.) Bright color balls add a touch of joy to routine exercises! The photo shows all my exercise balls grouped together with my pillow sham to illustrate how it enhances my bedroom color scheme! I have used this ball daily for months and have had no problems with air leakage.. The second ball was a bonus! The ball does not discolor my white walls ( I store these two bright blue balls against a white wall)) and there is no odor as others have reported. I am very happy with this purchase!

Good ball for core work. It doesn’t slip away from you. It comes with what you need to blow it up and is easy to use. Soft but sturdy!

I have been using for a while now so I can guarantee you that this thing works well. It is strong enough to hold my back when I pay on it and it won't explode. The ball is bouncing and easy to fill up the aid in it. Material thickness seems good for me meanwhile there is no bad smell. I use it for pilates exercise and it does its jobs pretty well. It is nice for abs exercise and you can find plenty of tutorial video on YouTube. I recommend you to buy it if you are looking for one.

3.5/5 While the material of the ball is nice and sturdy(which is great for my long nails) and the ball was easy to inflate, I found it basically impossible to fully plug the ball which I assume will mean it deflates easily. That being said, it is currently holding air well and does come with multiple plugs as straws for refilling.

Sowohl für Fitness Übungen, als auch mit den Kindern damit zu spielen. Der Ball kam innerhalb von 5 Werktagen nach Österreich.ganz kleines Paket, da nicht aufgeblasen. Das kann man selbst mit beigefügtem Zubehör (Verschluss, Blasröhrchen).. Alles in doppelter Ausführung. Aufblasen ging leicht, kann individuell angepasst werden. Die 23 cm Durchmesser hat er, wenn vollständig befüllt. Der Ball (bei und in violett) ist glänzend, sieht gut aus, wirkt sehr robust und hat schon einiges mitgemacht.... Abschießen,Fussball, als Sitz... Ich gebe klare Kaufempfehlung!
