I have been planning & purchasing items for my BBQ's come summer & heard about this method of cooking in the BBQ Bible, so thought I would give it a go. The idea sounds novel & of course involves beer so appeals to most men out there. Given that i intend to use the beer bird in the BBQ cooking the indirect heat method & its February, decided to try it indoors in a conventional oven to see the results.Beer Bird comes with a small booklet of recepies, which basically consist of various rubs to prep you bird with I tried the first basic BBQ rub. Cleaned the chicken, applied rub & left in fridge for a couple of hours before mounting on a 500ml can of pale ale 2/3rds full (had a large 5lb bird) & placing in the beer bird stand. 160 deg fan oven for aprox 2 hrs.Oh my God the results where astonishing my family love chicken & we cook it regularly, but have NEVER had such a delicious & suculent chicken before. The bones simply slipped out cleanly when trying to remove the legs for serving. the whole bird was delicious. I have never seen a carcass picked so clean !You could attempt this method with just a beer can and sqewers however this product is extremely sturdy & just makes the whole process of mounting & unmounting (you will have very hot beer remaining in the can when you have finished cooking) the bird easy !Glad i went for the double Beer Bird as its just so delicious i will want to cook two at a time to cater for 6-8 people & its a great fit for my canopy gas BBQ.I defy anyone not to agree that Beer Bird chicken is absolutely truely amazing !

I ordered this trophy as a bit of fun for a long running Table Football battle between us and some guys at work and I have to say we have all been very impressed with the quality of it.It arrived well packaged and has a decent heft to it, that makes it feel more expensive than it is.It is well moulded and has not rough edges of seams. It is also just larger than a hand length so sits nicely on a desk top.The engraving was done very well and considering it was a free add-on we are very impressed with the additional service.At a reasonable price and with fast delivery I can recommend this trophy. It is not for high end competition presentations, but for local clubs or a work league, it is ideal.

I bought the plant, 'Alba' : aka Dicentra, bleeding hearts, in April and it arrived in a healthy condition. It is beautiful and it is growing and flowering.It certainly is a hardy plant and yet looks so delicate.I would definitely buy from Proctor's again.

Since I bought these to resell in my store I only opened to look at quality and then repackaged. I’m sorry I didn’t take a picture. But these are well worth the money. Great quality and size for the money. Will have no problem selling them in my store.

These were for a gift and were well received and age appropriate cuteness for the tween in my life. They are cute little foxes who now sport succulent hats at our house.The planters are a nice weight, nice colors to the fox; the space to insert a plant is about right for small succulents 1-2”. The bamboo saucers fit well. All of them are planted up and doing well. My only concern was when the box arrived: it sounded like items were loose and I feared breakage or chipped ceramic. Upon opening, what I was hearing were the bamboo saucers rattling against the base of the foxes, no breakage was noted. Products arrived quickly and in good shape. I’d suggest to the manufacturer a bit sturdier box and foam sheet wrapping to protect the ceramics from the potential of the saucers getting loose in shipment, the saucers did travel on the bottom side of the fox but were still a tad loose.Otherwise we are pleased with this product and happy with the purchase and of course the cute factor as the kid would say. Thanks for making a garden project fun for this mom and tween.
