I received one that has chinese writing on it and one that doesn't even have accurate length. Out of the others, another one broke on first use without even pulling hard on it; the whole tape just snapped off when pulled to about 20 inches. Another one broke after a day. It is fine if you plan on single use, but expect zero reliability because they are very cheap and breaks spontaneously.

I really hate these black tape measures. I have had other colors in the past and loved them, but they had a white tape with black numbers inside. The black tape measures have a black tape inside and the numbers are grayish - even up close it is so difficult to read that it makes them useless. I really wish I had not bought these in black.

I purchased this 3 pack of measuring tapes specifically to use around the house and to carry in my purse or pocket. They are definitely light weight, which is what I wanted, but....... the tape itself is not very durable and the numbers and markings on the tape are very difficult to read. I’m keeping them simply because they were cheap enough that returning them is not worth the shipping costs to return and once I can no longer read them I can throw them away; however, I will not re-purchase because they are so cheaply made.

A fun, inexpensive stocking stuffer. My children love these things (I did too as a child,) but they don't tend to last long in the hands of a child! You don't have to pull very hard for the whole tape to tear out of the casing. Still, they weren't expensive and the children had a week of fun measuring everything in the house before they broke!

I bought this set of tape measures to replace a tape measure that I purchased on Amazon last year, in which the end completely came off and the tape measure retracted fully inside the circle. In ordering this, I was hoping for a similarly inexpensive product that could last another year or so, and was surprised to see this package for such a low price. Now I know why. The tape measure is fine, in that it measures stuff accurately (I think?). BUT. The actual tape is of such low quality (read: paper thin) that when you push the button to retract it into the wheel, it whips and twist and turns itself forward and backward, sometimes making it inside the wheel and sometimes jamming, in which you have to pull it back out and retract it slowly back inside. It doesn’t sound like much, but it’s getting very, VERY annoying. To the point that I am now going to be searching for another tape measure, that needs to be specifically at least twice the price of this one, just so that i don’t have to be annoyed with retracting and slowly un-retracting even one second more.UPDATE 12/20/20: End now fraying and hanging on by a thread.

This review is pretty straightforward: these measuring tapes do what they’re supposed to. The case is pretty cheap looking, but so is the price, and I just need to have one in my work bag at all times to measure patient arms. The pink is an extremely bright hot pink, FYI. The retraction button works well. The tape is very easy to read. The tape is soft and pliant - stiff enough to read but definitely fabric and easy to wind around an arm.

When I work (manufacturing environment) we go through these things like crazy, not because they break but because we lose them. These are extremely affordable and seem to be of good quality. I have been using mine daily for almost a month and it has shown no signs of wear or anything, it still retracts quickly every time. Our manufacturing guys also like to fight over the colors, so the variety packs are fun because everyone can have their own color, which helps prevent people taking others when they lose their own. Even if you only need one of these, buying this pack is cheaper than going to a local big box and buying just one! Also, if you only need one and buy this pack, just put one everywhere (car, purse, backpack, throughout the house) and you'll be surprised by how much you end up using them!

Measurements are a teeny teeny bit off but not enough to make a huge difference when using, and the red dye/ink used is a little smeared but it’s still legible for the most part. The retraction works great though, so glad I got these I love pressing the button and having it just suck right back into the little thing. Very compact and small I usually throw one in my person cause I’m always measuring things and since it comes with 3 I have two more as backups! :)

Excellent value for the priceIf needed for professional use I would probably suggest trying a different brand as I don’t think they would hold up to heavy duty use.However, they’re perfectly sized for carrying around in a handbag for measuring on the go or for light use. The fact there are 3 of them is really useful for me as I’m always putting things down and losing them.

Lovely little tape measure set. Included is the three coloured measures (green, white and pink) and an additional separate measure. Great value pack and good quality.

I’m very happy with these and my grandkids love them as they wanted to be like grandma n they are easy for them to use/ play with

Arrived very quickly, thank you. These are presented in a box, so all safe & together so easy to find. The colours help you find them easily,which I need as I seem to misplace measures regularly! Handy items, great value & are functional.

This little tape measure comes in handy for work. Small enough to keep in your pocket but big enough to read.Just the job!
