Works for 5/8 and 3/4 vinyl tubing
Works very well with 5/8 and 3/4 vinyl tubing. Have been using for a few months and have had no issues at all!

Good but sized smaller than advertised
This brand of valve is great, especially when used with a canister filter or pump on an aquarium. The reason I mark it low is because they are not 16mm as advertised. A 16/22 (16mm ID) hose is very loose and the spigot measures closer to 14mm. A 5/8" hose fits a little closer but still loose. A 1/2" hose will fit but super tight so you'll need to soak the tubing in hot water to get it to fit. The 3/4" version is closer to spec and I use those also, but it is a battle to get a 16mm hose over the barb even after soaking the hose in boiling water. They fit 3/4 vinyl or silicone hose perfect. The plus about all these valves is they are very smooth to operate unlike standard ball valves.

I didn't end up using the valves but I'm not got to return them as I might be able to use them on another project. The valves came in record time and they will work on whatever I will use them for, Great product.
