Violife Original Flavour Block, 200g

I bought two different types, both nice but now I am confused about which one was which. I think that this one was the one that could easily have been mistaken for Dutch Edam, both in taste and in texture. The other was the Morrison's own brand which had the texture of a mature cheddar and a slightly nutty / smokey flavour. I would certainly buy both again, shame I can't get them in Aldi / Lidl as yet.

Dreadful stuff, the block resembles a really bad block of rubber. The taste has a really strange texture too.You can only save this by grating it, as it is great on nachos, otherwise I’d avoid, unless you like eating something that resembles a black of silicone sealant.

Then decide if you actually want to pay for it and put it in your mouth. If the answer is yes, then this substance might be for you.
