Make any cast iron better than Le Cruset!
So I like cast iron casseroles round ones, oval ones, shallow ones, but whilst I concede that a £330 le creuset are less likely to stick than a £30 one, than £300 advantage disappears when you use the large heat diffuser.I paid £15.99 for the large size, it works with all 3 of my cast iron casseroles, which together cost less than £100.Spreading the heat over the whole area whether on the large gas ring whilst softening the onions, or on the small gas ring for the long simmer, means nothing now sticks. They're better than my friend's le Crusets which cost almost£1,000 for 3!!!I've helpfully suggested that they get one for themselves :)

Sturdy , slow to heat
The CozyKit 7.5-inch Heat Diffuser is a great addition to any kitchen, especially for those looking to evenly distribute heat whilst using induction hobs. The design is sturdy, and it fits well on most stovetops. However, it does take a bit longer to heat up, which may be a drawback for those seeking quicker results. Despite the slow heating, once it gets going, it performs reliably, earning it a solid four stars for effectiveness and quality.

Works with induction or gas cookers!
Nice quality, heavy-duty plate that is suitable for both induction and gas cooking. We have both a gas cooker and a single induction plate used normally when extra space is needed. It works fine on the induction plate as magnets stick to it, allowing one to use pots or pans that are aluminium based that don't work with induction. It can also work on a normal gas stove, and is mentioned that it can on the instructions, helping one to diffuse and distribute the heat better, especially when you want to cook something low and slow. It has a removable handle which is useful, as once the plate is in place, there's no need for the handle unless one needs to remove the plate right after cooking.Overall, it seems to be of decent quality, and for the price of £17.99 for the large version, it's cheaper than replacing pans all round should you move to an induction only stove. I like it!

Good size, works well, handle a little easy to remove
I like the size of this. I expected it to only be good for a small percolator, but it easily fits my small saucepans and even my wok on it. I just moved somewhere with an induction hob and this has saved me immediately having to replace all my pans, so it's a really good money saver as it works almost as well as a normal electric hob.

Nice diffuser plate
It's really useful for my portable induction hob and camping stoves. Good size. Solid. Coated, so it shouldn't rust. The handle is easy to put on but fiddly to take off. Great for using with my Moka pot and pans that are not suitable for induction.

Heat diffuser for induction hobs
Works as expected, the plate is quite big so you might need to use a medium or big induction placement, but the item diffuses the heat to non-induction appliances and lets you cook whatever you need. This allowed me to use my moka

Cool idea for induction stove
I have few curved utensils which do lot work on my induction stove. This plate is like an adapter. It conducts heat and diffuses it in the non induction safe cookware. Super cool idea. Even though it takes a while to heat up I like the convenience.

23 quart pc, nuwave gold
Day one but it’s working with my presto 23 quart pc. I built up pressure and vented on my propane outside, then brought it in and it’s holding pressure relatively easy, on my nuwave gold

Got this just for my espresso makers...
I ordered this because I didn't want to get rid of my Italian espresso pots when I got a new induction cooktop. This is just a little over 5 inches in diameter so it works perfectly for a small coffee pot but it could also be used with small cooking pots.It worked for me and took about the same amount of time to brew as my old cooktop with the same espresso pot. It gave off a little odor the first time I used it but that's probably my fault for not washing it before using it the first time. The smell went away after a couple of minutes. I made sure that the pot was on the adapter plate before turning the cooktop on as per the instructions. I had the induction burner on the highest setting and the adapter didn't show any signs of warping or discoloration.I quickly learned not to keep the handle on it while heating up the coffee pot. The handle gets hot and is not comfortable to hold without a potholder. It does remove easily so I can just keep it next to the cooktop and just use it for placing and removing the adapter from the cooktop.
