Q: Can i put this in a truck and hook another car amp and subwoofer to this amp with the rca jacks?

Unfortunately this system does not support external amp and speakers other than the speakers that come with it.

Q: How do i get it to come on when 12v power is applied? so it comes on with the key and autoconnects etc.

Hi with the controls on your handle bar. I turn my on when my bike is running I personally turn it on. I don't know if there is or possible to connect it to go on with the bike. I like it so, I turn it on, so I can control the power. So when I shut the bike off I shut the unit off as well. I love mine
