Best purchase I have ever bought. I had chronic neck pain for years and have spent fortunes on pillows, but I was dubious because of the shape, now I sleep very comfortably and no pain. WONDERFUL.

Strange shape, but it’s really helping me to sleep more comfortably. Good quality, good support. Removable cover is very good.

Absolutely love it! Really good quality pillow. Took me a few nights to get use too it but now I couldn't go back to my normal pillows again! Has helped my neck and improved my sleep. Over all very pleased.

I have had a similar pillow for some years, which is a more firm memory foam, and it's been great.This RUMMY pillow looked to be a great upgrade to replace my somewhat tatty predecessor, and after unpacking it and letting it settle, I tried for 7 nights.The first thing I did was put it in a cotton pillowcase - these memory foam pillows are not great on their own I've found, so adding a cotton case adds some comfort WITHOUT changing the properties of the design.The first night, I just couldn't get on with it. I found it too soft, and not supportive enough. I'm a reasonably well-built 52 year old male, and I feel this pillow's design didn't consider my physique at all.By the third night, and countless tossing and turning, I was ready to give in. My neck and shoulders were aching, and I was finding that any kind of sleep - back or sides - was not sustained.Towards the end of the week, I was exhausted. But I felt it relevant to give the pillow a full trial.I then went back to my regular cervial memory foam pillow, and have slept like a baby - my aches and pains melting away.My conclusion is: This pillow is very well made, good materials, a nice design. But for me it's just too low/ soft. If anything, I'd have been more comfortable with no support at all.However, my wife tried it (she also works computers all day) as she often gets achy neck/ shoulders, and she loves it so far. A week in, and she's happy.I think the pillow might need two versions: One for lighter frames, one for adult males. Just an observation.

Its brilliant, i've sufferd with neck & shoulder pain for 7years going to cyropracters costing me loads of dosh this has sorted me out in a wk.

I had high hopes for this pillow!! It arrived well packaged but unfortunately I think someone has already used it, there are marks that look like makeup on the pillow and it doesn’t smell new.It’s also nothing like the pillow advertised.As for comfort I can’t actually comment? The memory foam seems good.GUTTED!!

I started suffering from neck pain 18 months ago. It literally came out of no where . After a while, I noticed there was a pattern. It was usually worse during sleep / when I first got up. Tried various exercises which didn't help.I decided to try Rummy cervical memory foam pillow.It was like magic literally . The first night i slept on it, I woke up absolutely fine. No neck pain.
