Value for money chair

Writing the review after using the chair for few months. Build quality is very good. Chair looks good, sturdy and most importantly it’s comfortable. Back support is great. Finishing are top notch. Haven’t really expected the base finishing will be so good. Base is of heavy metal and covered from all sides. ( unlike some other brands where bottom side is open)Coming to the import expectations of online buyer I.e. customer support and quality assurance. MRC will surprise you here the most, even though it’s new firm, they take customer support very seriously. Provided updates on WhatsApp well in advance. One representative called me n explained installation process and even sent video. Also provided direct contact in case of any assistance/concern.

Review after using more than a month
Sitting is comfortable. No major issues.However, the main issue after using for more than a month is the arm rest for horizontal movement can not be tightened to make it's position fix like in other gaming chairs. So even with a gentle elbow pressue it rotates which is quite uneasy while working. If they add some part so that we can make its position fix after proper adjustment, like the up and down lock, it will be very helpful.

Nice quality chairs. Used for a month now. The lumbar support is awesome.

Chair deserves 4 star, and +1 star for the MRC guys, overall 5.
Their customer care is good, helpful, responsive. Chair mess is excellent, totally breathable, no sweat like other foam chair. Installation was pretty easy. Absence of arm rest locking mechanism can be added, headrest can be a little more aligned with back to remove gap which keep neck slightly tilted, both option can make the chair much more wonderful.
