Al Pastor Skewer for Grill, Vertical Spit Stand with 3 Skewers & Brushes

I recently purchased the Al Pastor Skewer for Grill, and it has truly exceeded my expectations! As a barbecue enthusiast, I'm always on the lookout for high-quality accessories that can elevate my grilling experience, and this skewer did not disappoint. First and foremost, the construction of the skewer is top-notch. The stainless steel material is not only durable but also rust-resistant, ensuring a long lifespan for the product. The design is both practical and aesthetically pleasing, adding a touch of sophistication to my grilling setup. What sets this skewer apart is its ability to impart an authentic Al Pastor flavor to my grilled dishes. The unique design allows for even distribution of marinades and spices, resulting in perfectly seasoned and juicy meat every time. The skewer's shape ensures that the Al Pastor marinade penetrates deeply, creating a mouthwatering blend of flavors that's reminiscent of the best street tacos. I also appreciate the versatility of this skewer. Whether I'm grilling pork, chicken, or even a mix of vegetables, the Al Pastor Skewer delivers consistent results. The length is perfect for accommodating a variety of ingredients without overcrowding, ensuring that everything cooks evenly. Cleanup is a breeze with this skewer. The stainless steel construction makes it easy to wipe clean, and it's even dishwasher safe for added convenience. I appreciate the low maintenance aspect, allowing me to spend more time enjoying my delicious grilled creations and less time scrubbing utensils. Overall, I highly recommend the Al Pastor Skewer for Grill to any barbecue enthusiast or home cook looking to add a touch of Mexican-inspired flavor to their grilled dishes. It's a well-designed, durable, and versatile tool that has quickly become a staple in my grilling arsenal. Five stars without a doubt

I purchased the 13" version. I had no problems with the stability of the skewer although I could see if someone were manhandling it, it might be a problem. The unit worked perfectly for tacos al pastor fitting neatly inside of my smoker. 3 hours at 275 and it was cooked through. My family loved the tacos. The pan below was just just the right size, collected all of the drippings and cleaned up like new. I like to make tacos for groups of friends and am contemplating purchasing another. If you don't have one you should get one.

This product is an absolute game-changer for culinary enthusiasts who adore making Al pastor and shawarma at home. Specifically designed to cater to individual needs rather than commercial demands, this tool hits all the right notes. Its size is spot-on, seamlessly fitting into a standard oven without a hitch, making it a dream come true for home chefs. The convenience factor is through the roof: not only is it a breeze to assemble, but its storage is equally effortless, making it an indispensable part of your kitchen arsenal. The fact that this has become a bi-weekly ritual underscores its effectiveness and utility. It's clear this isn't just a purchase, but a significant upgrade to the home cooking experience.

This was surprisingly a great buy. I was expecting the plated to turn black after cooking the meat for so many hours in the grill and to my surprise after an easy cleaning with dawn soap and scratch free sponge the plate looked brand new. Brand spickin new! So quality of material is 100% recomendable. The only issue I had after the first use is that the piece that you screw the skewer to came off. So now it no longer can be used to skew food but I can still use as a heating or cooking regular plate. That middle piece should be maybe worked on so it does not fall off after high heat. Why did you pick this product vs others?: The material and price Sturdiness: It was very sturdy and worked great for my gyro party

The base helps keep the meat stable while cooking and the skewers allow you to easily accommodate several layers. In addition, it includes brushes to apply sauces or marinades during preparation. It is a good option to make tacos al pastor, shawarma and other roasted meats in a simple way and with a very appetizing presentation.

Fantastic. Love love love. Works SO WELL, so easy to clean.

Hubby is super happy with the size and quality.

If you are a Shawarma fan, I highly recommend this easy to assemble and disassemble for cleaning everything you need to make a juicy tasty Shawarma. I purchased Shawarma spices from Amazon as well.

worked well one time used but then broke with the nut shearing off that holds the spit on. Now not usable. Recommend doing what i saw on Insta with covering it in foil to make for really easy clean up.

I bought two of these to cook for a crowd. One spindle snapped off right up front. The other at the end of cooking. So one use only. Concept worked well, but cheaply made. Disappointing.
