Just received it so haven’t put it to use, but it started on the first pull, runs smoothly under load.

When “Snowmegeddon” hit the DFW area in 2020 and 2021, I promised myself I wouldn’t be caught without a generator from then on out. I finally decided to pony up and buy one that we could charge our devices and use space heaters and electric skillets. This was one of the more cost efficient one out there so I went for it. Lo and behold, it was exactly what I needed! Works just as explained. The one thing I will say, please understand, YOU WILL HEAR IT! Do not let anyone tell you otherwise. BUT, if you’re using it for in home use and have it on your back porch, and you close the door/window, the sound isn’t that bad (especially compared to other ones out there). Overall, You won’t be sorry you spent the money for this one. Didn’t need to spend $500 or more for some good quality in a generator. Highly recommend.

I purchased this generator simply for the low price, huge mistake. I added oil and gas and tried cranking but not happening. I pulled the spark plug and it was wet from the gas so I tested the spark. No spark. I pulled a few more times and the spark mysteriously returned and the generator started. Still haven't figured that one out. When the generator started it ran for three seconds at wide open throttle and died. Tried several more times with the same results. I then noticed that the stepper motor on top of the carburetor had fallen apart. I brought the generator in the house and set it on the kitchen table so I could fish the broken parts from the generator. To my surprise gas began pouring from the generator. Now my wife is pissed. I contacted Amazon to try to get a resolution only to be told it was a nonreturnable item and I would have to contact the manufacturer. Good luck with that! They don't answer the phone number provided and the only response i got through email so far is suggestions on what the issues might be. 🤔 Amazon needs to step in and make this right. Refund my money or send me a working nondefected generator.Update: Amazon did provide a refund! Thanks

Great generator. Worked well and quiet. I did have the issue with the tank calapse that others have complained about but I’m sure it has to do with closing the vent with gas in the tank and change of temperature. I was able to take the plastic covers off and reposition, etc… just make sure to keep the vent cap in the on position when fuel is in the tank. I would definitely recommend as this generator is excellent for the price. I’m giving it a 4 star rather than 5 as they should say the vent cap issue in the manual but otherwise it would be a 5.

Loved the performance of this generator! It was easy to set up. It started on one or two pulls. Used to run heat and lights in RV. There is an On/off switch as a black cap that you CANNOT SEE! It would start, run, shut down because the fuel/run switch was not turned on so watch out for this. Not fun in the pouring rain. The unit ran for 8 hours on one tank with a light load. Intend to buy another for a daisy chain to run the whole RV. The unit is light and easy to carry. Much easier than wresting with a100#+ genny. Highly recommend.

Packs a lot of power. Runs off of little gas. I was also able to jump my truck used this generator. It’s worth the money. Great investment.

Without load this isn't as quiet as the description states. Which is entirely why I wanted to purchase this. Good price for what it is and it IS quieter than a traditional generator. It'll due.
