Strong adhesion.
Pack of 40 double sided adhesive pads, which I have so far used to secure a couple of ornaments to a shelf. I'm a bit clumsy and it's given me that extra little bit more confidence that I'm not going to knock them flying when I'm dusting...and so far so good!The adhesion is very strong which is both a plus and as minus, as I'm sure these shall ornaments won't move, but if I decide I want to change anything, I'm not sure how I'll get the adhesive off as it really does seem firmly stuck.Would I recommend? As long as you're aware that you need to get it right first time or you'll probably struggle to remove the pad, you'll probably take a bit of paintwork or plaster with it too, then yes I'm happy to recommend as it does the job it's supposed to....it sticks!!

Really sticky
Nice amount for the cost and super sticky. I have used several to hold smart switches and sensors on wall ranging from tile in a bathroom to rough garage wall and all are still stuck fast a month later so they do the job well.Recommended.

Mixed...
I particularly wanted to try these for small plastic hooks for hanging hooks for lightweight sheer nets at a window. The original backing to the hooks had perished & I couldn't find the exact same style, so after completely removing the old adhesive, I replaced it with these.Fixing one side to the wall and then the hook to the other. Left for 24 hours.These seemed to have had excellent adhesion, they stayed in place for a couple of days.... until they didn't!Unfortunately, one morning I discovered that while the adhesive backing was still fixed to the wall, and the back of the hook, the black foam in the middle of them had come away from the wall fixed sticky pad, not just on 1 pad, but 2. Unlucky? Perhaps, until it happened for a 3rd time.Given our failed attempt of these, particularly for the lightweight nets I am disappointed, they did however fare better with fixing a simple hook to hang a small key....

Exactly what you'd expect
One thing to point out - the adhesive smell you get when you first open the box is overwhelming. These are good and proper sticky!The foam thickness is around 2/3mm meaning it'll take up most imperfections in the wall/object giving maximum adhesion without being so thick things stand off too much.I used a couple of these to stick a small USB switcher under my desk and after a couple of weeks it's still there so I take that as a win.
