The insulation keeps beverages hot or cold for several hours, making it suitable for both coffee and cold drinks throughout the day. The lid seals tights and I have no issue with leaking. After regular use and washing, there is no issues with ordor, staining or durability. A good alternative for Stanley Cup lol.
