I used the mask on the first evening I received it. After switching it on It started to warm up around my eyes and I immediately began to feel more relaxed straight away. My mind stopped wandering and I could focus on the warmth and sense of comfort it provided. No light filtered through and, as my room was quiet, there was nothing to detract from a relaxing experience.

The eye mask seems well made, comfortable to wear, and straightforward to operate. It needs to be plugged into a USB power source, or extension during use, but the magnetic cable is not obtrusive being able to detatch safely if you fall asleep or roll over.

The eye mask is quite rigid compared to once use alternative, the mask will soften after a use so the fit improves. The fastening is nice and soft so doesn't tangle in your hair. The overall feel is good if not a little loose for smaller heads. A nice temperature is achieved giving a good relaxed feel after use.

Don’t bother. Flimsy, Luke warm. Better with a warm cloth over your eyes. Not worth the money at all. Nothing like expected

This product, in my opinion, is overpriced, as it is quite flimsy and lacks the functionality of similar and less expensive heat pads sold on Amazon... The controller is very basic, whereas other products offer digital displays for temperature and timer functions.....This item has a flimsy single button press for heat selection with a colour changing LED, one colour being a mixture, not as described and the timer is a basic 1hr, not adjustable like a lot of the others... In my opinion, not good value for money..

This sleep mask is brilliant. It has 3 different heat settings and turns off automatically after an hour. Used it for the first time the other night and it helped relax me and fell asleep so quickly! Worth every penny than having to by single use heated sleep masks which are costly.

I've been sleeping in this as I have dry eyes from Sjögren's Syndrome, and heat treatments are meant to help. Actually, I think it's more that the warmth around your eyes is really soothing. You do have to faff around with it a bit: buy it an extension lead because the USB cable is too short, get cheapie cotton wrist warmers to use as washable covers (I use eye ointment at night). It's comfortable, although I ended up putting another wrist warmer over the back so that the velcro wouldn't tangle my hair. Anyway, eight months on, it no longer turns itself off after an hour, the light stays on permanently. One side doesn't come on at all and the other doesn't seem to be as hot as I remember. I'm going to look for naturally warm eye masks in memory foam or something, it's not worth the hassle of this any longer.
