I take a full dropper, straight under the tongue, a couple of times a day. After taking this supplement consistently for a month, I can feel an improvement in my overall wellness. While I can’t attribute all my good health to this tincture alone, I appreciate the additional support it seems to offer, especially as I navigate the changing seasons and increased health concerns. I couple the Sweet wormwood tincture with the Green black walnut hull tincture. Together they support the immune system.
