Everything You Need to Maintain Your Watches I recently bought this kit to handle battery replacements and strap adjustments at home, and it’s been fantastic. The kit comes with everything you need — screwdrivers, link remover, case opener, spring bars, and even a watch press tool. It makes tasks that used to require a trip to a jeweler so much easier. The tools feel sturdy and well-made, and the instructions are clear enough for a beginner like me to follow. I’ve already used it to change a battery and resize a bracelet, and both went smoothly without any damage. Decent value as it includes most of the things you need to work on watches as well as some thoughtful touches like transparent film sheets to act as a mat. Also it has the compression tool and all the attachments you need to pop the snap-on cases back. Additionally, the carry bag is handy to keep everything together. Quality is alright and should be fine for occasional use. However (and why I deduct a star), there is only one pry tool and it's really pretty blunt which I found made it pretty useless to open my watch backs. I had to buy another set from Amazon that had a much sharper pry tool, a scalpel pry and lever tool. These were only a few pounds but I had to wait for them to arrive. Top tip, use a piece of soft, see-through plastic to cover the back of the watch when you're popping the case off. The pry tool will still grip better and you won't scratch your watch back. Recommended.

This kit is invaluable for anyone with a collection of watches. I recently updated the batteries in all mine and my dad's watches. The tools in here were all used, getting me in the backs of rotating-back, prise-back, and backs secured with screws. Also easy to remove links from bracelets for easy access (or for general bracelet adjustment). Jewellers are an absolute rip-off for battery changes, this has saved me loads of money! (I also highly recommend getting a decent pack of o-rings to maintain weather sealing). As well as basic battery-changes and bracelet adjustment I was also able to use these tools to repair the chronograph on a watch a jeweller had told me was broken and he was unable to repair - but getting in there myself I could see the button contact inside simply needed realignment. I was also able to get the digital section of a mixed analogue/digital watch working which a separate jeweller had told me was broken (it just needed an adjustment on battery contacts and the proper reset process to be followed). Watches are surprisingly robust, and having a kit like this has enabled me to maintain my watches with confidence, which has also been enjoyable. This kit has already paid for itself more than 10x over compared to jeweller's charges, and in my experience you will give better care and detailed attention to your own watches in these simple jobs than anyone else ever will. The quality of the items is top notch, this kit will last ages, and there are very clear instructions and tips included too. I'm glad I opted for the slightly more extended kit as I've used every single piece included. Overall this kit is fantastic - can't recommend it highly enough.

Fantastic little kit every thing i need for watch repairs

I bought this kit as I have several watches and I thought it would be a handy thing to have,it’s a great set, I was able to remove links from a watch strap that was way to big with no bother and my grandson had used it to get the back of his watch to replace a battery,It had saved me having to take my watch into the jewelers shop and having to fork out £20. This is a great kit and I’m so glad I bought it.5 stars

Great product; i ordered some small tools apart from this set and the tools within the set are of “superior” quality. Most of the things are made of steel, they feel sturdy, they work as supposed. Great toolkit for the amateur watch carer at home! Tool to screw off the back case feels sturdy and nice, nothing will bend and the pin fits perfectly in all my watches so unscrewing goes with ease! Don’t hassitate to buy!

Gute Zusammenstellung an praxisgerechten Werkzeugen in praktischer "Federtasche", die Kaufentscheidung erfolgte aufgrund der in diesem Set enthaltenen ingeniösen Deckel-Schließvorrichtung in Form einer Alu- "Schraubzwinge" mit vielen beigefügten Kunststoffeinsätzen mit vielen verschiedenen (in Millimeterabstufungen) vorhandenen Durchmessern, die das Glas der Uhr zuverlässig vor den teilweise erheblichen Preßkräften beim Zumachen schützen, indem die Preßräfte auf das Metall des Uhrengehäuses geleitet werden. Früher habe ich diese unabdingbaren Widerlager aus Holz immer selbst fertigen müssen und habe die zu schließenden Uhrendeckel im Werkstatt- Schraubstock zugedrückt. Nicht gerade klassischer "Uhrmacherstil" (eher "russisch")! Das war immer recht nervenaufreibend, der Fertigungsaufwand der Holzwiderlager und die damit verbundene Aufregung bleibt mir mit diesem Set nun erspart! Man mißt den Lünettendurchmesser und wählt das passende Kunststoffteil aus und schraubt es auf den M5-Stehbolzen im "Schraubstock", dadurch ist auch immer eine exakte Zentrierung gewährleistet. So klappt der diffizile Preßvorgang einfach und schnell! Nichts verrutscht oder fällt runter! Das sachgerechte Schließen der teuren Uhr nach dem Service hat mit diesem Set schnell, gut, zerstörungsfrei und auf Anhieb nervenschonend funktioniert! Kleine Schraubendreher und Pinzetten waren in meinem "Fundus" eigentlich schon vorhanden gewesen, so wurden diese mit diesem Set halt nochmals gekauft... Doppelt hält besser :-) Aber das muß ja nicht bei jedermann/-frau so sein, gibt es im Haushalt gar kein Feinwerkzeug, ist das Set ideal: so verfügt man/frau nach dem Kauf damit über eine gute Grundausstattung an Feinwerkzeugen... Sinnvolle Ergänzung und ein klasse "Upgrade"seitens des anbietenden Verkäufers wäre noch die Beigabe einiger verschiedener der unabdingbaren dünnen O-Ringe zum Abdichten der Uhrendeckel, da diese stets nach jedem Öffnen zum Schutz des Innenlebens der Uhr vor Feuchtigkeit erneuert werden sollten. So mußte ich diese O-Ringe als ein Sortiment separat von einem anderen Verkäufer mit erwerben- dieses Sortiment kommt nun in die "Federtasche" mit hinein und geht so nicht verloren und ist genau da, wo es hingehört, das wichtige Erneuern der Deckeldichtung nach Uhrenöffnung wird so nicht vergessen! Das hätte gleich als Minisortiment beigefügt/ mit angeboten/ verkauft werden können, eine Plastikpinzette wäre statt der Metallpinzette zum Handling der Knopfzellen auch sinnvoller gewesen, da mit der Metallpinzette die Knopfzellen bei unbedachtem Handling versehentlich kurzgeschlossen werden könnten...
