The Very Best!
This is the best chocolate I've ever tasted and it fits nicely into my food plan/calorie tracking plan. The bars are large -2.8 oz (or 80 grams) so it lasts a long time for me. It has such a rich dark chocolate taste, is organic and is Direct Trade Cacao. It is worth every bit of the price. The quality of this chocolate is nothing like the junk chocolate that is out there in candy bars you get at the grocery store. It truly is a chocolate lovers dream come true.

Who orders chocolate bars during a heat wave in Texas?!🤦♀️
I was looking for a good dark chocolate bar with at least 70% cacao and simple ingredients. I came across these chocolate bars and ordered them right away. They were shipped from Washington, so I received them within 5 days. Around this time, we had a heat wave in Texas so sadly, I received the chocolate bars completely melted, even the ice pack inside the box was melted. I popped them in my fridge right away to get them solid again, and they did! However, they were very messy to eat. The chocolate itself was delicious, and I like the company's values, so I'll order them again in the future when the weather cools down.

Excellent quality
Very good quality chocolates - no soy lecithin!!! Only cacao, cane sugar and cacao butter for the main ingredients (with salt added for the Himalayan Salt & coconut added for the Coconut bar). Why don't you want lecithin in your chocolate? Because lecithin is an industrial waste product made from the sludge left over after crude soy oil is processed with hexane and acetone. As for taste, the Pure Dark Chocolate bar is pretty intense - I liked it but it was my least favorite. My husband didn't like it at all. We both enjoyed the Himalayan Salt - more mild and subtle than the dark, but still had a really rich flavor. I thought the best tasting was the Coconut -really nice flavor, but texture & mouth-feel were not as good as the Himalayan Salt. Overall though, excellent quality chocolates and they support a really good cause, which makes the hit on the wallet a bit easier to take.

Surprisingly fruity 80% dark chocolate
There's a lot to commend here. The ethics behind this bar seem solid, and that accounts for the high price. Fairly grown cacao is expensive--it should be a luxury item. This is a simple recipe with quality ingredients, nothing extraneous. The result is a nice looking bar well-sealed, though I prefer paper wrappers for recycling.I really wasn't too keen on the flavor, sorry to say. It amazes me how different chocolate bars with such similar ingredients taste! Turns out I much prefer Panamanian over Dominican cacao. They're not kidding when they give this "Dark cherry notes [with a] blackberry on the finish." This is a very fruity bar, much to the exclusion of the earthier tones (bitterness?) I associate with dark chocolate.I think a lot of people will like this bar, and they are clearly working hard to produce a good product while fairly compensating those who produce it.

Insanely delicious and good for you chocolates!
I was looking for some tasty dark chocolates to bake with and to use for my daily oatmeal recipes and cake across this. WOW - it’s the bast tasting dark chocolates I’ve ever tasted. My husband loves them too - he just ate half of the sea salt bar in 1 sitting! It’s got this rich taste and not overly sweet. I will buy these again!

Delicious!
I love the flavor! It's different from typical chocolate because it's not "dutched," or processed with alkali. This stuff tastes a bit less creamy, more like a chocolate liqueur. The benefit of this is that the phytonutrients found in cocoa are not destroyed in the processing. It took a couple of tries to decide if I liked it or not, but now I prefer it. I originally ordered a box of 5, am now doubling that and ordering 10. I will order more when they are gone, I'm sure!

Couldn’t even swallow it
The chocolate was creamy with a very distinct dirt flavor. The mouth burning continued after spitting it out.I have enjoyed other chocolates with fun spicy flavors. This is a powerful hot burning that is not flavoful

So Good
I was looking for some chocolate and came across this. I liked their backstory on how the its made and supports. When I tired them it was really good the dark cacao with bits of espresso really gave it that extra deliciousness I enjoy chocolate that is not overly sweet like most are here in the states. It is worth the buy trust me you will enjoy it especially if you like dark chocolate
