This is one of my top favorite supplements of all times, and I've been studying and testing a huge number of them in the past year.These are DELICIOUS and have great texture!! Seriously!Zembrin and saffron are both well-studied serotonin supports that have been shown to have effectiveness equal to prescription serotonin medications in testing.Zembrin works through different mechanisms than saffron so theyre complimentary to each other.The dose of saffron could be a little higher to be ideal (25mg is the full level that's quoted to match prescription effectiveness), but Zembrin is at full effective dose here and they may have done this reduction of Saffron to prevent serotonin syndrome risk.Use caution if you take any SSRIs or serotonin related meds!I literally have zero negative things to say about this, I even feel like the price (currently around $24 for a bag) is very reasonable for the value of what you're getting and I'm on a tight budget.

These are incredible mood boosters and enjoyable to consume. I have purchased repeatedly and miss them when they run out. If you haven't tried Zembrin, this is a quality source with a few additional ingredients that make it quite effective for me. I wouldn't use it alone, but makes a good supplement to other mental health measures.
