Q: Does this work with an Amazon Fire Cube so two sets of headphones can be used at once?

Adam is wrong, we use this Bluetooth adapter with our Fire TV Cube all the time. It does shutoff audio from coming out of the TV when we do it, so we just plug it in when we want to be on the headphones. When we travel, we also plug it into our Kindle Fire so we can both watch videos on the airplane without wires. Just plug it in and it works. Look for a review from "Prime Risk" for more details of all of the Amazon devices it works with.

It works with most of the bluetooth headphones. If your hearing aids is bluetooth enable and it can pair with mobile phone via bluetooth without the third party app. DG80 should work too.

Yes, it works. But you need to double click the MFB button on dg80 to switch it to talk mode if you want to talk cause the sony's wh-1000xm4 and wf-1000xm4 headphones don't support faststream codec. And in talk mode, the sound quality will be mono.
