When I ordered it mentioned 8665u processer but I received 8365u . But working good.

Laptop received not as details provided
As per order and invoice, laptop should have FHD, touch screen, the MBD should support 32 GB Ram, but received the product with standard LCD, and Max memory support is 16 GB, why seller dupes customer deliberately,
