Can you keep indoors?

I will leave my agapanthus in it’s pot outside although I would think you could overwinter in a cool conservatory . It is not an indoor plant.

can thease be planted in pots for outdoors all year round

I do not pretend to have green fingers or to be informed on this sort of question. Having planted this agapanthus in my garden however, I consider that it would most probably have grown well in a pot as well. It is very beautiful and a delightful shade of blue.

midnight star is it hardy?

Bought mine in Spring, planted in a pot and it has looked healthy with 4 flower heads. Supposedly hardy but RHS advice is to mulch well. I have lost agapanthus in cold winters before though been milder in recent years. I do live in the north of England so thought I might transfer to the garage if we do end up with very cold weather. A friend of mine has several lasting in pots for many years and she often shelters them in her greenhouse. Depends where you live! We are on the Pennines!
