Can these be used on the leather in my car?

You can use to dust, etc. but I would use other car product for leather cleaning, moisturizer to keep leather in top notch k condition.

Do these clean glass?

It says it does. I've used it on small glass surfaces, not large ones and it seems to work OK. I don't use them for large glass areas.

We just repainted our kitchen cabinets with a lacquer finish. Is this product safe to use on that?

Absolutely! I use it on everything that has a treated surface. I use the lemon Pledge wipes on untreated wood and they are just as great.

can this be used for quartz countertops?

I've never used Pledge on quartz. It is a multi surface cleaner, but I would test it on an inconspicuous area first.
