I have been taking Shaklee B complex for 20+ years. They really help provide me with extra energy. If for some reason I forgot to take them in the morning, I will notice by 10:00 AM I'm not feeling as energetic as I usually do. And sure enough I check my pill pack and will see that I forgot to take my vitiamins. I take these along with my Shaklee Multi Vitamin with iron for women. Can't say enough good things about these two two vitamins.
