Optase HYLO Night Eye Ointment - Preservative Free Lubricant & Nighttime Eye Ointment for Blepharitis and Stye - .18 oz

I have TED and my eyelids no longer close all the way so nighttime eye ointment is now an everyday part of my life. I have tried all the over the counter brands and this brand is by far hands down the best. The applicator is super thin and you’re less apt to touch your eyeball, and you’re not wasting product. It seems to stay in my eyes better and doesn’t get all over my eyes and pillowcase. I wake up and my eyes aren’t dry and red like they were with the systane ointment. I highly recommend this one! It’s a keeper!

Use this cream nightly to help with dry eyes along with an eye patch that i wear. would recommend this product. quite soothing.

This is an excellent nighttime eye ointment for someone like me who has severe dry eye due to incomplete lid closure. Over the years I have tried all the ointments on the market for this. Most do not work that well if you have incomplete lid closure. They make work great for other dry eye issues though. I have 2 that I use on a regular basis Refresh PM and Systane Nighttime. They both work great but are often hard to find or even unavailable online or locally. I started using Optase HYLO Night 2 weeks ago. It's now my favorite.Optase HYLO Night is less greasy feeling than the other two, it stays on all through the night, washes out easily in the AM and hasn't irritated my eyes at all. Very impressive! It's a bit more expensive than the other two but for me well worth the few extra dollars.

Does not burn or irritate my eyes. Blurred vision clears after 15 mins or so of blinking. Doesn’t last for full night’s sleep unless used with an eye covering or tape. Works best with Optase drops first, then ointment added after.

The seller was fast and arrived the very next day. The product is amazing! I’ve spent thousands of dollars out of pocket to try and alleviate my dry eye (one treatment involved what can only be described as a massage/stimulation of my ducts along the upper and lower eyelids) and I actually feel more relief from the ointment. I was surprised that I couldn’t scroll on my phone after using but just so you are aware, you use it at night because your vision will be similar to opening your eyes underwater.

Follow easy instructions for a good nights sleep while hydrating your eyes. Be prepared to stop reading, cooking, even walking once applied. Your vision will be distorted until your eyes absorb the hydration.

This is nice a thick so it stays in your eye overnight. Some of the other products that are supposed to do the same thing just run right out of your eye so they don’t really help after using. Make sure you put the cap back on because it tends to continue to come out of the tube
