Great step ladder works perfect for my needs
Very sturdy and well made. It is a little heavier than I would have wanted but definitely makes it feel safe.

Not friendly for general use
This ladder was purchased for various uses but I can’t put it in and out of my truck because of the extremely large feet that have to be put on & removed with wrenches, every time I use it. It’s a must to keep up with the nuts and bolts. As a result , it is not user friendly to move this ladder around , feet always have to be removed, very time consuming & inconvenient. I would not recommend this ladder unless you’re putting it up and using it outside in a wide open space with no restrictions to moving around and plan to keep it stationary permanently.

Received wrong length ladder
The ladder itself is great, but just like other people, i purchased a 17 foot and received a 14 foot ladder. I returned it and the seller then sent a 17 foot ladder
