Given some of the mixed reviews, we were concerned as to how functional this spray gun would be. We have a commercial tanning machine at home which is terrific for home use but requires a set-up and a time-consuming cleaning process. While intended to use for only our traveling purposes, this Ion Tan Spray Machine proved to be worth every penny. No leaks, even spray, decent battery life, and terrific fan after the spraying is done! We have used the Ion Tan through two fitness shows and 8 sprays. The battery lasts for 2 sprays, but to be safe, I throw it on the charger after each spray. The machine is easy to use without the cumbersome hose to navigate with. The lower power setting works just fine to spray the tan on and we use the higher power setting to use the fan to help with drying the tan. This machine has eliminated the stress of having to sponge the spray tan on whenever we travel. We have not experienced any leaks and the machine has been really easy to clean.

This sprayer is complete crap. Mine leaks all over your hand and stains your fingers. The liquid just pours out the top of it. Doesn’t spray good either. Def not worth the money. If I hadn’t waited so long to use it , it would def be returned.

I was getting regular spray tans from my local spray tanner but decided to try at home tanning that would be more convenient and cost efficient. I had purchased another handheld machine but really wasn’t able to get a professional quality tan, I felt like that other machine was just lacking power and that made it spray splotchy. I decided to give this one a try and was not disappointed! It was super lightweight and easy to use. It has 2 power modes, and the turbo mode is game changer! It sprays a super fine mist just like a professional machine. I finally feel like I perfected my at home tan routine and my tan looks just as good as when I was getting it done professionally!

I've never used a spray tan machine on myself before but I know the brand ION and trust their product line and I've always been curious if I could do it. It's not so easy to do on yourself... I think it's the kind of thing that works better with help. But the machine itself is super easy to use and works great. It's just more of a two person job. But I definitely recommend the spray tan machine!

It is lightweight, adjustable and has a good build quality.I am actually impressed by how strong the sprayer is for a cordless device. It is the first time that I've tried using a device like this and I think that it is pretty easy to learn.

The cordless spray tan machine is lightweight and rechargeable. It comes in its own case along with the charger. Although pretty loud, it does a very good job of creating a fine and even mist. I am new at using the tool so I find the standard speed is easier to control. The turbo speed should be used by someone who’s more experienced. Light and quick moves will give you a better looking tan. Highly recommended.

What you are going to love the most about this sprayer is that it is super powerful AND cordless. You just need to charge the battery, like a cordless drill. You can also see the colors on the battery pack to let you know how much charge is on the battery. This will be key in a strong atomization of your tanning solution. Also, you won't get caught sans battery halfway through your tan because you get a SECOND battery that you can charge up and not miss a beat. You will also want to use a quality tanning solution and then make sure to clean the nozzle and not let it gum up. To turn it on, long press the power button. You will hear it kick on. Long press power to turn it back off. The little lock button is to release the battery. You're all set. Obviously, technique is a big thing, and you don't want to do it in the house without a tent or sheet. I just get my boyfriend to spray my pasty self so it is more even. The solution container is plastic, so there is no risk of dropping the tanning machine and shattering it. Have fun!

ION Tan Spray Tan Machine for Bronze Self Tan Solution. Cordless Rechargeable Spray Tanning Gun with Brushless Two Speed Motor is going to save me a lot of money!! I was spending a lot of money on spray tans, as I like having a golden tan look, but don't want to risk the sun damage. Now, I can do it at home! I was able to master this more quickly than expected. I love that it is cordless (one less thing to worry about!). I also like the two speeds, regular, and turbo, which I just started using. It's a tiny bit loud, but nothing crazy. Love the results, and so does my wallet!
