Secure and comfortable
These slipped right into my 11.5 wide shoes without a problem- no need to cut for me. They fill out the shoes well with no gaps between the insole and shoe.Overall, the support is great for my feet and my shoe is more comfortable to wear. I’m comparing these to other insoles like Superfeet and they hold up really well. The price point is great too- a lot cheaper than other brands with a similar feel. The only catch I can see right now is the grip on the top of the insole. It does help with stabilizing the foot in the shoe- which is nice for higher movement activities like running. The only catch is that it makes it harder to just slip your foot into the shoes because the get stuck with the grip. Not sure how that will be affected over time if the grip wears or not.Great overall and I’m pleased with the insoles. Would consider getting these again with all things considered.

Decent insole; runs small
I ordered the large, high arch version to help with stability and over pronation. They are a thoughtfully designed insole that has a comfortable heel pad, and a pad under the forefoot that helps prevent the insole slipping in the shoe. The arch is firm, yet comfortable. The heel is somewhat cupped, which aids in stability. The description said that the insoles have upper and lower traction; the top of the insole is a tacky material. I use them to play golf, and I never really have an issue with my foot sliding on my insole. If you have that issue, this will probably help. What did happen, though, is the insole grabbed my sock while trying to put the shoe on, making it pull against my toes. I had to be a little careful how I put it on. As far as sizing goes, I ordered a large. It is supposed to fit up to size 13. I wear a 12. I thought it looked small when I took it out of the package. It is actually shorter than my standard size 12 insole that I removed from the shoe. There is a small space between the end of the insole and the end of my shoe. I did not really feel it, so it was not an issue, but I can't speak for someone with a size 13. This is a little different than other insoles I own because of the upper and lower traction aspect. I would say that works. All of the surfaces seem to be made of a high quality and durable feeling material. The one con I can think of is that I felt that my sock got wet during play with these. The upper surface is not absorbent. It was also a pretty humid day, so time will tell on that, but it seemed a little more pronounced.

Didn't help
I got these for my son because his shoes were hurting his feet but these didn't do much to help.

very very stiff soles
so far they have been very very stiff and not the most comfortable. I'm hoping maybe after a bit more use they will ease up a bit but only time will tell. ill try to come back and post an update if they soften up a bit or not in the near future

Good support. The large size runs a bit smaller than advertised.
I got the large insoles which are supposed to fit up to size 13 but it fit my size 11 tennis shoes right out of the package without any trimming. The top surface is intentionally grippy so you have to open the laces on your shoes a bit more to get your foot in without having it grip your socks as you slide in. I would imagine over time the grip will lighten up and I may use some powder to help that along. Overall the insole is comfy and supportive. I got the medium arch and it feels about right. The heel cup cradles nicely.

Very comfortable and fit perfectly into size 10.5 shoe
Got this for my son to replace the soles in his older golf shoe. He says they feel for soft and comfortable to wear and walk for an entire round of golf, which is around 5 miles. Perfect replacement or upgrade for any golfer!

Takes Awhile to Get Use To
I have heel spurs and needed more cushion for my shoes. I thought these would be great for that. Unfortunately, it took a while to get used to and my feet ended up hurting all day and I felt worse. I like that it is shock-absorbing, but it made me feel uncomfortable. Maybe these aren't great for just standing all day, I still give them a try with other shoes and it kind of feels better, but still hurts. Overall, they are well-made, and of great quality.
