I purchased a piercing pillow in the shape of a donut, icing and all… and struggled to sleep on it due to the height (too low), and the firmness of the stuffing. My helix piercing was just incredibly sore cause I would end up rolling on to my normal pillow.This pillow is everything. The height is perfect, and even though it’s memory foam, it has a very comfy feeling where I can finally sleep on it. And stay on it! The hole is great for not snagging my jewelry on accident too.

I just had my helix pierced. The rule is no side sleeping for 6-9 months, up to a year if you can make it. Well that lasted about three nights and I would wake up every time I turned to the pierced side. Needless to say it was restless, uncomfortable and just miserable. I dreamt about cutting a hole in my pillow which prompted my awake brain cells to google hemorrhoid pillows and eventually I landed here. I was debating between this and the blissbury - I will admit if it’s more $ I wonder if it’s better. But, this had great reviews and I didn’t need a cover or travel case so opted for this one. First, there is no odor out of the box. Second, while it is small it still works fine to sleep on. Third, at least for me, I don’t like firm pillows at all. The blissbury was described as firm. So I took a chance. I still had my reservations but I can tell you I slept on my pierced side and to my delight there room for my ear without pulling or pain. It worked! And it was comfortable, not stiff. Offers nice neck support. You don’t need to buy an extra pillow case. Just use one you have an stiff extra material into the hole. I don’t usually write reviews however since I benefitted from the reviews of others and I was very pleased with this I hope that this review helps someone else down the line also. Not a cheap piece of imported junk!

No more ear pain, I love this pillow. I find it comfortable and it travels easy. I highly recommend.

I just re-pierced my ears and bought several of these types of pillows to try keep pressure off my ear lobes. This was my favorite since it most closely resembled my regular tempur-pedic pillow. It is soft and easy to sleep on. The hole kept my ears from compressing into the pillow and causing pain. Even rolled up, it is a little big to tuck in my backpack when traveling. I rarely bring a carry-on but it would probably fit better in that. My only wish was that it was a little thicker to keep my neck straighter. For the amount of time I need it until my ears heal, I would definitely recommend trying this pillow.

Zipper broke first time I tried to remove to wash it! Disappointing to say the least. I am a side sleeper and tend to run hot. This works pretty well for me as it's firm and 4 inches high. It's very well made. It fits in my 14x18 pillow cases as I have several pillows of this size for travel etc. which is a plus.Arrived ahead of time and was beautifully packaged.

I have always had sore ears when sleeping but it has become unbearable in my 40's. I have tried several pillows lately and this one is great! It's the perfect size that I can use it while cuddling up to my husband while we watch shows in the evening (without smothering him). The other "ear hole" pillow I tried was too firm and created a big barrier between us when we slept or cuddled. I love that it comes with a washable cover! It is the perfect size for travel. I even considered bringing it on a recent backpacking trip! I don't mind repositioning it when I turn over, but that is easily fixed by purchasing the double ear hole style. It squishes down to fit in an included bag for travel. My pillow plumped up quickly and did not have any odor. It's a nice thickness and is supportive but still soft and cozy. I highly recommend!

I got a helix piercing and lobe piercing recentlySometimes I am a side sleeper but you shouldnt sleep on your piercings (also it hurts)I chose this pillow because I have 2 bolster pillows with the same "bamboo" print of the cover. I'm pretty sure this means its bamboo memory foam filling and I LOVE the memory foam quality of it. I expected similar plushiness and quality as the bolster and was not disappointed.There was no smell that irritated me.It came inside a drawstring bag which made it conveniently portable.It is a good height for me, but I think if it was too low, its easily solved by tucking a folded up towel or very flat pillow underneath it.10/10 product :)

The pillow is for side sleepers. Its height is inadequate to support every size side sleeper. A certain height should be used to accommodate the shoulder and neck, keeping the neck straight. This pillow has a low-height profile which causes the head to lull downward, creating neck problems. Good for some people, bad for others.

Je ne pourrais plus m’en passer. Idéal pour les oreilles percés. Plus de douleurs, ni de blessures causées par la pression d’un oreiller standard sur les oreilles. Super confortable, l’oreiller prend de la souplesse au fil du temps et la taie lavable est un gros avantage que d’autres marques n’ont pas.

Absolument excellent !!! j'ai essayé au moins 3 différents oreillers post operatoires (pour les oreilles), et celui ci est sans contest le meilleur. Très confo, le trou pour l'oreille est vraiment grand et permet de bouger tout en restant à l'aise. Je recommande !!

Although there’s a small little hole for your piercings. It’s very hard to lay down on and it leaves me with migraines 🥲. I wouldn’t recommend.
