A bit noisy but in happy with the quality. Using as a sensory regulation item for my 2nd grader after seeing how helpful this item has been in PT and OT. Love it and the price was a good value for a vibration plate. My only complaint is that enclosed instructions are very unclear.

This was a middle of the night impulse buy that I thought I would regret. But I’m pleasantly surprised at how useful it is. I have a lot of foot and back pain, but I also have a very active lifestyle where I need to keep moving. I bought this on a whim thinking vibration might help the foot pain. It definitely helps with the pain. You can sit in a chair and use it for your feet, you can lay on the floor and use it for your feet and calves, you can sit on it, you can stand on it. It gives you release and pain relief. It’s very easy to use, even though the instructions don’t give a lot of information. It has 3 programs, but I just like to use the remote to increase or decrease the intensity to whatever feels best at the moment. It’s not going to cure what ails you, but it offers relief and helps me feel better overall.

By far the best one . This vibrating plate works great it moves it has several speeds . If you have back pain drainage problems step on this it takes it all away . If your tall like 6 fly or more buy this one it holds a lot. This is the best purchase I have made . This cures back pain in minutes. You will love it it does the job it also takes away belly and back fat away in just two weeks .

I’ve been using the Pofart vibration plate machine for a few days now and overall, I'm pretty pleased with it, especially for the price point. Whether you’re standing, sitting, or even doing squats or planks on it, it provides a solid workout and helps with muscle activation and lymphatic drainage as advertised. The remote is a nice bonus and works well so far, though it feels a bit lightweight and might not be the most durable in the long term. Now for the downsides: the included resistance bands are basically useless. They're don't provide much resistance at all — more like an afterthought than a real workout aid. If you're serious about incorporating upper-body exercises, I’d suggest using your own bands or weights instead. Also, while the platform seems sturdy enough for now, only time will tell how durable the motor and vibration mechanism really are. It doesn’t feel cheap, but it also doesn’t feel heavy-duty like a high-end model you'd find in a gym. For home use, casual fitness, and recovery routines, this vibration plate does a really good job. It’s easy to use and fits well into a home workout space without taking up too much room. Just don’t count on the bands for serious exercise, and keep in mind that longevity might be a question mark after heavy use. At this price, though, it’s a very good value for what you’re getting.

The power cable stopped working unless it’s held in a certain position, which you can’t do while using the plate. Also, the adhesive under the rubber mat is not strong. Just from normal use, it separated over time and caused the beads to move out of position. I’ve had it for about a year and a half. That’s not long at all. The price might be attractive and the reviews make it seem like a good buy, but I would suggest going with a higher quality product.

I love it! Use it a few times a week after work. Great for for circulation especially if you sit a lot at work.

Was recommended I get a vibration plate and wasn't disappointed. Really helps with fluid retention from my lipoedema. 10 minutes in the morning and night at level 30 has massively reduced the swelling in my legs. You can do this sitting or standing, and get very similar results. I don't know if it really helps with weight loss, but it definately helps with displacing fluid buildup and reducing the subsequent pain. Would definately recommend trying this if you suffer from edema or lipoedema.

Good value for product. Priced well. Comes with arm bands and remote. Lots of work out options and levels to choose from. Vibrations are strong and I feel it through my whole body. Great product.

Received item with damaged. Also missing remote and rope. I Post for return item with damaged image on same day of delivery. No one came to pick up return item. Return item date 3 days back.

So far so good. Great product. It is work effectively as it should since I got it. It make some noise but it is manageable
