Great quality, sturdy, light, simple.
This is a really nice ladder - I like it a lot! It's not too heavy, really sturdy and dead easy to extend and retract. I got - and recommend - the 3.8m one. It's perfect for climbing into the loft in a modern house with standard 7'6" ceilings. Fully extended, it extends 4 or 5 feet up into the loft, enabling you to easily get to loft-hatch height whilst still holding on, and then casually step off the ladder into the loft. A doddle. I should have bought this years ago instead of my previous perilous perching on tippie toe at the top of a wobbly stepladder, and the corresponding leap of faith jumping back down out of the loft. Now, it's safe, easy and simple. The instructions are mildly cryptic but once you've figured it out, very simple. Basically if you are extending the ladder fully, pull each each rung out starting at the top. If you only need to extend it partially, extend it from the bottom, lifting the lowest rung 1st.And then for putting it down, unclip the *bottom* clips first. Do not start retracting the upper rungs, start at the bottom!Unclip the bottom rung whilst holding not the rung above, but the one above that. Makes sense? I.e. If you are unclipping what we will call rung1, hold rung 3. Then gently lower it down and rung2 will sit nicely on rung 1 without trapping your fingers. Reapeat this time unclipping rung2 and holding rung4 etc. Got it? If you try holding rung 2 whilst unclipping rung 1, you are looking at pinched fingers!Anyways, it's great and I am delighted with it. Hope you enjoy yours.

Tower Telescopic Ladder
I recently purchased the HB Tower Telescopic ladder, and I have to say, I'm really impressed! The quality is solid, and it feels incredibly sturdy when in use. The Telescopic design makes it super easy to extend and collapse, and is surprisingly lightweight, making it easy to carry around. If you need a reliable, space saving ladder for home or professional use, I highly recommend this one. Great value for money!

Did the job admirably
I bought the ladder to access the roof of a single-storey extension. The ladder is light and impressively compact when stored. It extends and contracts easily and comes with clear instructions on how to lock the rungs into place then unlock them to contract (without trapping your fingers!). It felt stable and perfectly safe when using it, including at that vital moment when you step back on to it to climb down. My only regret is that I didn't buy it years ago and foolishly continued with an old wooden ladder!

much heavier than expected
I am 81 year old widow and expected this to be light and easy to use. In fact it is quite heavy. However extremely well made and very sturdy.

It's the real deal
So much more than you think.Strong enough to give the feeling of safety.Easy to use erect and take down.Dose not take up a lot of space for storage. The price is reasonable, I was given a quote of £150 to take moss from a down pipeThe item paid for its self in 15 minutes.

Great ladder that's easy to store
Easy to extend and nice and solid. Easy to store as it is fairly small when not extended
