What I like about the Easysleep Baby Sound Machine: The lightweight compact size of the machine makes it great for home or traveling. Don’t let the compact size fool you, as it is mighty in the technology which makes it easy to use.It has 30 sounds available: white noise, fan noise, birds, rain noise, water noise (ocean, brooks, streams) lullabies and instrumental. The volume has an adjustability up or down by 32 adjustments with a simple push of the corresponding button. The 12 different light colors also have 10 adjustable brightening levels and this is all done by touching the speaker which is a brilliant and unexpected feature. You can set this timer for continuous, one hour, two hours of play. And if using the app, an additional timer of 12 hours can be used.The device can operate manually or you can download the app for bluetooth connection and more customizable programming. The sound will automatically start to lower and then shut off when the timer is completed. It will automatically store the last settings which is a nice feature since it will most likely be your preferred setting. The app setting is good for parents who don’t have to try leaving the room without waking up the infant/toddler.With customization of the type of sound, level of sound, light color, light brightness and length of time for sound you are sure to find the right combination to aid you or others into a relaxed and restful state.What I dislike about the Easysleep Baby Sound Machine: Nothing

I bought this mainly for the night light feature. It is a wired device, which is ok for my use as I plan to leave it plugged in. I do have a rechargeable one (white noise+ night light) in my daughter's bedroom which she uses for a couple of hours every night (mainly as night light but sometimes with the music feature), but have to recharge every couple of nights. No recharging needed for this one. I also like the app control. The app is very simple and has more controls than the device itself. You can simply select any of the sound or light color options, without having to cycle through the large number of choices, along with volume and brightness control (via bluetooth). Overall, the device is well built, with a small footprint, comes with usb-c cable and the wall adapter. Happy with this purchase and recommend it.

This white noise machine is a cute little device that's easy to use and has a good variety of sounds and music. It was actually much smaller than expected, which is nice because it doesn't take up much space on my nightstand yet the volume can go high enough to fill the room with sound. In addition to sounds like white, brown, and pink noise, there are nature sounds like rain, ocean waves, and birds, as well as musical lullabies and other melodies. I definitely think I can relax and fall asleep to many of these sounds, depending on what mood I'm in. The light feature is a nice bonus and it's fairly easy to adjust the light color and intensity by tapping on the top of the machine, although occasionally my tap does not register. The buttons for navigating between sounds and changing volume are more responsive and easier to press. This must be plugged into a wall outlet to power on, so if using this for sleeping, you'll need an outlet near the bed. This is pretty intuitive to use but comes with clear instructions as well, and has an app available, though it works perfectly well without the app as well. The app just adds convenience by allowing more precise control from a phone but is not required.My main criticism is that it is a bit tedious to cycle through the sounds using the buttons on the machine. It would be better if there were forward and back buttons so that you don't have to go through every single sound to get back to the first one. The sound quality is overall decent, but some sound effects sound a little more muffled than others. Also, requiring the machine to be plugged in makes it a little less versatile and less portable. But overall I'm enjoying using this and think it's a cute and useful machine.

This is a great product, it does what it claims and has tons of different sleep sounds loaded on it, and in my opinion does promote better rest. I would recommend it to anyone looking for better rest or needs background noise to help fall asleep.All in all a great product!

I bought this to use in my office as I am a social worker who works in an office with thin walls and I want to protect privacy. I loved the idea that I would be able to set this outside my office and control with my phone and not have a cord to worry about because it advertises that it’s battery powered. I’m VERY disappointed with the false advertisement. If you are wanting something without a cord, this is not it. I love the app and the sound is very loud for such a small machine.
