The Clif Sweet and Salty line is my favorite. It's a shame that the Clif website says they will be discontinuing them!!!

TASTE:CLIF VS RX - While I prefer the RX, and I will explain why, NO COMPARISON IF you want a SWEET bar that tastes like something you could eat crumbled on top of ice cream, it's the CLIF. It has more flavors going on than the RX bar (which makes sense, the RX prides itself on it's small ingredients list). HOWEVER not much CHOC flavor (more like an oatmeal cookie with choc chips) and I DON'T get sweet AND salty from the Clif, JUST SWEET. It tastes GOOD, but not the chocolate OR salty I was hoping for. The RX BAR is like a FUDGE consistency and has a NICE mix of CHOC, SWEET AND SALTY.The RX bar I get strong chocolate, quite a bit of DATE, but definitely more of a sweet/salty than Clif.SIZE: Clif bar is bigger, although the RX FEELS heavier because of how dense, fudgy It is.TEXTURE - Kind of a toss up. The CLIF, to me, is more of a dense oatmeal cookie, moist texture where the RX is more like a VERY CHEWY FUDGE texture, also was very moist and MUCH MORE DENSE. So it's a preference thing. I like both.INGREDIENTS - OK this is no contest. IF you are all for "CLEAN", simple ingredients, the RX wins hands down.The CLIF, while yes, ORGANIC used a lot in ingredients, I see SOY in various products listed four times. Soybeans, whether ORGANIC or not, are almost definitely GMO. Not saying that's good or bad, but organic doesn't equal non-gmo. Also the Clif bar has added cane sugar/syrup, where RX bars source of sugar is just from the fruit added. Lots more ingredients added to the CLIF bar than I would prefer.NUTRITION: less fat (5 grams of fat for CLIF, 9 for RX) and more calories (250 vs 210) in the CLIF, but for me, not that substantial as I don't eat these all the time anyway. BUT 12 grams of PROTEIN in the RX VS 9 in the CLIF, even though CLIF is bigger.PRICE: CLIF is quite a bit LESS for 12 bars than RX. I DID get my last batch of CLIF on sale for a mere ten bucks, while 12 of the RX was about 19. Even when regular price, you will likely pay quite a bit more for RX.BOTTOMLINE:Depends whether the difference in ingredients, nutrition, price matter that much to you, if you're not living on these.In the end, it's, of course, preference.

This package was delayed. It arrived in horrible shape! Some of the bars were crushed and in crumbles. For the price it should have been in a box not a bag. Love the product!

I love they're so delicious and such a treat. Moist chewy everything you want in an afternoon treat even though I eat them very first thing in the morning with my coffee. You can't find anything better they are the best

I love most of the Clif bars since they are nutritious and have some good protein. I’ve taken to having one every morning with coffee for like the last year or so.I was skeptical of this “Sweet & Salty” type but decided to give it a try since it was on sale. It’s very different from the others but it’s a really nice change. It’s not too sweet at all, but certainly sweeter. And there is a slightly tangy taste underneath that is really interesting and I like it.So all in all I’m really happy to put this into my rotation of Clif bar flavors.

We usually get the white chocolate macadamia nut I'm just brand but recently I did try best flavor. I love that right away both flavors are delicious for being in energy / protein bar it's a large package it came early and everything was in good condition. I definitely recommend this it is sweet though but so is the white chocolate macadamia nut both flavors are delicious I would recommend both this box is definitely worth getting if you are type of person who likes to grab a few of these to eat throughout the day or grab one to eat on your way to work. Again I recommend this The Price is Right for the amount of bars that you get with it!
