Great quality & performance, especially at that price! I replaced an N100 laptop and the improvement in photo processing was very gratifying.

very nice laptop with bad battery
Very nice laptop, Easy to setup with fresh install of Windows provided Listed as EXCELLENT CONDITION defined by Amazon as battery should be at least 80% capacity - however BATTERY WAS DEAD, laptop would not power up unless plugged in and shuts down soon as unplugged. Battery would not charge. BIOS diagnostic indicates battery needs replacement - this is misrepresentation of the otherwise very nice product, which caused me to return and purchase different model with working battery. Overall great value for the money, if not counting some unnecessary shipping back and forth (covered by Amazon) and still waiting for the refund to be processed taking already over a week.

Pretty good for the money.
Sturdy work laptop. The LCD screen went up but I sent it back to Dell for repair. It got me by when I needed it.

Good customer service
The laptop was great but the charger was in bad shape. Right behind the USB-C port you could see the wires as the rubber had slipped back. And then it wasn't charging unless you held it just right. I contacted customer service though and they gave me a partial refund as a gift card with enough on it to purchase a brand new charger. Overall, I was pleased.

Drop and Dent
Came with both corners of the laptop case significantly dented. I know it's not a "new" machine; but this one was obviously dropped pretty hard in it's prior life and case showing pretty obvious signs of wear. Condition description did not represent the condition it arrived in.
