I have heated  cloth seats will the cover harm the seat?

That is a good question.  You would expect seats to be able to tolerate direct sunlight on a summer day with an outside ambient temperature of 100 degrees f.  I would measure the temperature of the seats on a cool day at the lowest ambient outside temperature that you would employ the heated feature.   Then measure the maximum temperature of the seat.  After putting the cover on, repeat the conditions & measure the seat & seat cover heat.  If it's significantly higher than without the cover & if it is significanty higher than the seat temperature on a 100 degree f outside ambient temperature day directly after exposure to direct sunlight for 1 hour, then I would not employ the cover.
