The size and quality

Terrible. I’ve had 2 of these go out within a week of purchase.

The unit has performed poorly. The element continues to burn out in a short period of time. Amazon has been great with replacements, but not a very reliable grill

Quit heating within one week of use.

This unit and only been in use for two months. We try to support American product but cannot support. This is absolute garbage, and it burned out on one of the busiest days of our new business. Please heat this morning do not buy!

Very bad product, with only 3 months of use, and the surface does not heat any more.

This thing is crap. Had ours for less than 30 days and failed. Opened the thing up and the heating element failed. The element is fused to the bottom of the griddle so no way to replace. Also the grease catch hole is too small and designed poorly so grease drips all over the inside of the unit. Attached is a pic of the burned out element which is fused open giving me a zero on the volt meter.

Have used this product at my restaurant with terrible results: Unit died after 12 months. Sent back to company for repair. They sent me a new one. Worked fine for 5 months, died again. Was told since I am out of warranty I have to pay for all costs of repair plus all shipping costs. Will be investing in a new griddle from a more reliable company. Will never purchase a Cadco product again.
