So far so good. Although it is not genuine Apple, it seems to work great. Use it at work at least once a month to put up PowerPoints on a big screen.. only downside is that unless you get the genuine Apple one, it will not work for video streaming like Netflix or Hulu etc. due to video copyright blocks not accepting 3rd party devices. But all other programs work just fine!

Worked great for a minute but the qr code that needs to be scanned to work has changed the destination url and it no longer works. If there is a way to update the firm ware or something and I can fix this I will change my review but for now I wouldn’t recommend this product as it is unreliable. I teach technology to seniors citizens and it worked one day but not the next, the issue could be fixed with a dynamic qr code fix and it might be fine but it’s been a couple of months and not resolved yet.

This is the second one I have used. The first was purchased at a different store, didn't last long, only a few weeks. The second one, I have had it about a year and use it almost on a daily basis and its still doing fine. A great tool to have for viewing iPhone to a large screen monitor. Great little item!!!

I bought it because sometimes my AppleTV doesn’t airplay some programs due to permissions, well, neither this HDMI adapter does. Besides that, it is a good choice if you don’t have an appleTV

This did not work for me. I attempted to project my iPad to my in-vehicle entertainment system so we could watch movies on the road. I plugged this into the iPad and connected it to the HDMI cable and plugged it into the port in the car. The iPad was not recognized at all. I purchased the Apple brand adapter at Walmart for $44.96 plus tax and it worked great. So don’t cheap out on this cable if you want to watch your Apple devices in your vehicle. I should’ve returned it but I waited too long.

I bought this item less than two years ago, I only used twice. I tried to use it today, it did not work. I can feel that the Lightning Charge Port has loose contact with the Lightning terminal, so it does not charge and the whole thing is not working. Wasted my money.

I purchased this adapter to use with my iPhone XR and Blackmagic ATEM mini. Once it was all plugged in the picture was perfect. There was no lag and it worked amazingly. Very happy with this purchase.

It is a great device. Quick and easy was to connect my phone to projector or other display. Doesn't need any app installs or doesn't have any issues when connecting.

IPAD NOR IPHONE ARE RECOGNIZED NEITHER BY PROJECTOR NOR BY TV

We bought one at the Apple store, and loved it. Bought this one off Amazon…. It doesn’t do anything, has to return.
